Terrible customer service. No one greeted us. No one thanked us for coming. No one showed us around. Valet parking is the worst I experienced. Took a long time to get my vehicle. Seemed like they couldn t find my vehicle. Unorganized staff in valet. Rude. The spa wasn t good. Not worth the money. They lady talks way to much and gets personal! Or asks personal questions. I went to relax not tell you my personal information or be interrogated. Nail Tech cut my toe nails to
Short and hurt my toes/skin. Pedicure was painful and not relaxing. Bathroom was dirty. The nail salon is understaffed. Terrible experience. Would not recommend.
