I was miserable and finally reached out to a 'professional' for help, calling Aiello. I was told it would be 3 weeks wait for my first appointment because the doctor was on vacation. Long time of suffering but I've heard good things..

When I arrived for appointment paperwork was explained. It was pointed out that I would not be seeing the doctor. No exam. No x-ray. Just some stretching...HUH!? I was told to wait 3 weeks to see the doctor!! Then the last paragraph of the paperwork explains that insurance won't be covering this appointment. Instead, it's $150 up front!! I told her it was a deal-breaker and she walked away presumably to ask somebody something and didn't come back.. By then the doctor comes up and introduces himself. I shake his hand and the lady suddenly reappears in says loudly, No! No, doctor, he has a problem. Doctor withdraws hand quickly. She said, he didn't know about the $150. He shrugs his shoulders said "Oh", and turned and walked away.
WOW.

I don't know, maybe let people know up front that your policies are insane and potential clients are made to feel uncomfortable for their ignorance of said policies? Just a thought.
