I bought a valve for flushing out my gray water tank and my black water tank About 2 months ago via Amazon. immediately after unboxing it leaked it was a very slow drip- like one drip Every 10 min I assumed it was because I didn t Tighten it well enough and ignored it. about three weeks later I went to flush out the black water tank and when I turned on the water hose the water started spewing from around the clear part where the clear part meEts to the Orange Part. anyway Amazon instructed me to call Camco direct. I called them and got their sales rep named Rick amazing!!!! he was so friendly he shipped me out a brand new part a better ValVe than the one I was calling about free of charge no questions asked after I sent him a photo. Then he has followed up to check on me with 2 subsequent emails. Camco needs to give this man a raise!!!!!!!! Best customer service ive ever received in my life HANDS DOWN!
