I called emerge too see how my father was doing the staff were really rude and kept on hanging up on me after multiple tries I got a hold of somebody and she said that the nurse was busy and that she will call me back. I guess that the lady who I spoke to never passed down the message since nobody called me. At least the lady at the switch board was very nice.
