This 5 star rating is for the JM Lexus certified pre owned section. I originally went to the new care sales side and I was disappointed that not even one person greeted me or asked me if I needed help. I wasn't looking, I was ready to buy. I didn't waste my time over there, instead I went to the certified pre-owned section across the street. I was pleasantly greeted and was treated as a valuable customer. They really took care of me and they are very personable. Thanks so much to Donnie and Louis for being such an awesome example of great customer service.
