The deliverer and dpd do not know their own parcel...

The deliverer and dpd do not know their own parcel shop, so my parcel was returned and had to be delivered to the parcel shop ((the same)) a second time and then it didn't work out. They were notified that the parcel is ready for collection but not in the parcel shop and had to go again.
