I loved my supervisor, but the rest of management is terrible. HR(which is someone that is not who they say they are on their linkedin profile) is very rude, unfair, a liar and someone that TRIES to intimidate you. The call center supervisor plays stupid all the time like she never knows whats going up, but manages to make up lies. The CEO needs to realize what kind of management he allows in the center. There is no chance to grow, due to the fact that the call center supervisor will not allow it. Besides the nice view, this place is trash! It is not how it used to be.
