I brought my Prius into the Toyota dealership in Mountain View for routine milestone service. Daniel Boyd, my service manager, was extremely kind, welcoming and competent. It was a major car milestone, and it could've taken quite a long time to perform. Daniel answered all of my questions (including reasons for differences in maintenance schedules between hybrid and standard cars), helped get me settled into the dealership (including Wi-Fi password), and helped me get some coffee. The service was done extremely quickly. Daniel even verified that an airbag recall had been performed. His service was outstanding, and I was very impressed with the competency and efficiency of this dealership. Car runs Kudos to all!
