I love this hotel. They have the kindest, friendliest staff I ve ever encountered. Most all of them remember my name when I come here as well as my favorite items to order in the cafe. The couple of times that there has been an issue - they work to resolve it quickly and always with excellent customer service. They really do a great job! One of my favorite places to stay!
