I had to make a spur of the moment move from Tuscaloosa to Birmingham after I got a job here and the commute was killing me. Rentmonster was an absolute life saver trying to find an apartment around town.

I was initially staying in an extended stay hotel trying to find a place, doing hours of research every night, and because of my work schedule I couldn't tour many places due to their limited office hours. I heard about Rentmonster and it just made sense. They have a ton of connections with apartments around town, a huge list of potential properties, and best of all: it was free. I had an all the benefits of an expensive broker without paying a dime.

My particular agent, Jessi, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out. With my work schedule we couldn't do much during the week - she worked with my schedule and met me on a few Saturdays/Sundays when she normally wouldn't be working. Jessi was very easy going, professional, insanely knowledgeable about the properties and apartments in the area, and the whole staff made me feel at home from the moment I walked into their offices. Jessi worked with me over the course of a week or two, whittling down the places I did and didn't like, and eventually found a place that I ABSOLUTELY love - which is surprising considering how picky I was. Throughout the whole process, Jessi was very patient working with me to find exactly what I wanted.

Kudos to Jessi, and the rest of the Rentmonster staff. Over the course of my apartment search I spent a fair amount of time in their offices, and they were all very welcoming and wonderful, one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend Rentmonster if you're looking for an apartment and you're overwhelmed at the sheer number of other avenues and options offered from other apartment services.
