We had a terrible experience with the shelter. We got a kitten home that wasn t tested for leukaemia and had 3 other siblings and now al of them are dying. The shelter could have prevented this and they should have gotten the kittens tested for FLV which is a common disease in cats rescued from the streets. They ve caused us and 3 other families unnecessary heartbreak in the middle of a pandemic and when we called them to give them feedback and let them know of the situation, they were rude on the phone and they didn t listen to our feedback and were really hurt and inconsiderate. We re feeling really sad with the service of the shelter and we don t recommend going here.
