Worked here for around 2 years. It's a nice workplace overall. But if your girlfriend or wife works along with you in this very same organisation, then it will be hell for both of you. They are more concerned as to beside whom you are sitting or with whom you are interacting etc. Secondly the shifts and weekly offs are rotational. So if you are part of this organisation for too long then there is a chance of developing sleeping disorders. Thirdly the managers are IDIOTS to say the least. I still remember that our breaks use to be for half an hour....During the month of Ramadan....We(Muslims) asked for extra time for prayers...They denied....We requested for extra 10 mins but even that was denied. The manager at that time was Gnaneshwar....I hope he is not part of the organisation anymore. Anyways...Good place for those who are starting in their careers and for those who are single ....Easy interview process....But don't build your careers in that organisation....There are much better places like Amazon, Accenture, ADP etc.
