I don't know where to start or how to make this review brief but I will try. My now late father found this shop almost 15 years ago, as a cheaper option than the dealership for needed servicing of his car. Over this length of time, my dad developed relationships with Mr. Russell, Krissy (front desk), and I'm sure several others if not all who work there. Russell Automotive has always been trustworthy & reasonable with servicing needs, communicated clearly and quickly about assessments of what required imperative fixing vs low risk items. Since my dad's passing earlier this year, Russell Auto has continued the relationship...reaching out to us just to say hello and providing us with the same level of customer service provided to my father each and every time. I highly recommend Russell Automotive. You can feel like your car is in good and honest hands and you never need to worry as to whether you were being taken for a ride. In fact, they make your ride run better...always. Lol. On behalf of our family, Thank You all at Russell Automotive for your excellent service these past 15 years and for your support to my family currently as we navigate through this very difficult time.
