Waited over 3 hours for an ultrasound that never c...

Waited over 3 hours for an ultrasound that never came. I got up and walked out. Save yourself the time and go to a better hospital. Staff was courteous and friendly but highly inefficient. If you have an emergency go somewhere else, there's zero urgeny in this ER.
