B.J. Thompson (area manager) just left after spending time with my mother-in-law and taking care of her final planning life insurance needs. I must say it's so refreshing to have a live agent come to our home to meet with us to discuss all options available to her!!! B. J. was very courteous and professional!!!! When I had a off-the-wall question he couldn't answer, he called corporate to get me the answer!! Way to go!!!
