I went into the hospital for a simple outpatient procedure. I will say that the entire medical staff were very good. However, because of hospital procedure I was placed in a very uncomfortable position which made the entire experience was extremely unpleasant. When I addressed my complaint to management their attitude was basically "we're sorry it happened but we really don't care". In a regular commercial business, the correct thing to do is compensate the customer for such an incident. However, the hospital management's position was essentially, that they are a hospital with no competition so they really don't care about your problem. As a side note they bill came to $50,000 which worked out to $6000 per hour. Very outrageous when you examine the billing details. Be warned that should you experience a bad situation in this facility, management will not help resolve your issue, all they appear to be interested in is collecting your money. As a side note, due to the anxiety and stress brought on from this situation, I suffered additional medical problems.
