After roughly 8 failed applications on our own, we decided to consult with MICM (618 Lonsdale street). After talking to the lease consultants (Glenn and Nicholas) about how to strengthen our application, we were able to get our first preference just three hours after the inspection/application.

Honestly, these guys make the whole process so much easier. I feel I was foolish thinking I could just do this on my own, wasting so much time and energy on something that could be easily done with just some outside help.
