(GO TO WAYNE) I was at the ER the other night, and during registration, a nurse asked me if I had insurance. I said yes, and handed her my wallet. She took my card out & copied the required information. She then took out my S.S card and told me that she'll need to use that also because she'll need my number. I said okay. Some hours later I left the hospital. While outside, I realized I didn't have my wallet. I went back inside to get it and they told me I never gave them a wallet. Very typical of a business in Paterson NJ.
They were very unprofessional. Now I have to gather all of my ID cards again and cancel all of my credit cards. There was also a nurse in there that was VERY mean. I had severe depression & she did nothing but make me feel worse. DO NOT GO THERE!
