The experience was nice I had my civic brought in for an oil change..Chris was helpful. The ONLY thing that would have made our experience excellent would be this: My husband asked Chris if there were any special's on services and Chris didn't seem to know. I had to use my phone to see if there were any. There in fact was. My husband and I feel that Chris should have willingly told us what special's were offered and which one my car would benefit most from. I'm not saying at all that Chris wasn't nice and willing to help us. He was!!! but There might be a better chance of wanting to come back if customers were aware of "deals" that are available without having to ask. Not everyone has smart phones or computers. Of course my husband and I will continue to go back to Economy Honda
