DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! Ever ever ever! We got their number from Disneyland and Karmel never showed up! We called them and they kept saying "just another 30 minutes, just another 30 minutes." They were more than and hour and a half late from the time we booked with them when we finally just got on the Disneyland express bus. We planned out 2 weeks in advance (and prepaid to "expedite the process") and they were still no shows. When we got on the Disneyland express bus the driver laughed and said they always do that to customers. We companied to a manager at the Disney Grand Californian Hotel as well and he said that they get so many complaints from Disneyland guests about Karmel Shuttle that they are trying to find another company that will be more reliable. And to make matters worse Karmel only gave us a 50% refund. I was so frustrated with this company and sad to learn that they do this to so many others! Buyer beware!
