I had a very unpleasant experience with this company. I called for a service as the furnacce was making some squeaking noise. I was told on the call that I will be charged $89 plus tax for the technician to come and diagnose the problem. After the diagnosis, the technician would tell me what it would cost for the parts and labor to fix the problem. The guy came and checked the furnace and told me that the motor needs to be replaced and it will cost close to $800 for labor and parts. He also suggested that I should start looking at replacing the entire system. I asked him if I can just replace the furnace and he said that might not be a good option. I told him I need to think about the options and that I will get back to them in a few days. All this took about 20 - 25 minutes and I thought this was covered in the $89 that I was told.

To my surprise, the guy charged me another $80 on top of $89. I asked him what was that for. He said it is for his knowledge and advise.The $89 only covers the dispatching by the company and that he is charging me on top of that. I told him that this is not what I was told when I initially made the call to the company. He started arguing that I am not willing to pay for his services, knowledge and advise. Since I did not want to argue with him anymore, I just paid the money and told him clearly that I will never even consider calling them again.

I called the company again and provided this feedback. The lady on the phone told me that she does not see the invoice in the system and that she will check and call me back and she also said that if there has been a mistake, they will correct it. I am just waiting to hear from them. Also, I was told that I will receive my invoice in e-mail and I don't have it yet. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone.
