I called to report a leak on the city side of the ...

I called to report a leak on the city side of the meter but have currently been on hold for over 50 minutes. When I called initially I was caller number 2 with a wait time of less than 1 minute. Pretty quickly I went to caller number 1 with a wait time of less than 1 minute. That was over 40 minutes ago now. This is some of the worst customer service I ve experienced in quite sometime. I m very disappointed.
