Charged to replace a chipped windscreen which 100%...

Charged to replace a chipped windscreen which 100% wasn t done during our rental time. A chip in the windscreen makes a very large noise when it happens, something we undoubtedly would of heard. The cost was exorbitant to fix it (over $1000) and our card was ran without consent. Extremely disappointed.
