The room was a furnace, the ac works but barely blows out any cool air. We had to ask the front desk for a fan just to stay cool. The location is great, the hotel looks good and the staff is great. The problem is in the rooms, unless I was just unlucky this is the most underwhelming room I have been in. After this experience, I would recommend a different hotel if you are staying in hammersmith on a family vacation.
