The Doctors on staff are wonderful! The folks who answer the incompetent. Called the stone mountain location, I guess I got transferred to the 24 hour line which then made the appointment at the wrong location. Yesterday I was told I could "walk in" with no appointment, and be seen, no wait. When we arrived, we were told we'd have to wait in the parking lot for an hour and a half. NONE OF WHICH WAS MENTIONED ON THE PHONE PREVIOUSLY. I understand protocal for keeping us all safe, but again none of this was mentioned. Had a staff member try to talk me with a mask on through a locked door. Woke up extra early for nothing...
