Retailwire is a company that I had mixed feelings about. On one hand, their website was easy to use and had a great selection of products. On the other hand, their customer service was lacking. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries, and when they finally did, they weren't very helpful. It's a shame because I really wanted to like them.
