I ve always used Columbus Worthington air in the past but I just moved into a new home and had a different company sticker on the system so I gave the other guys a call first. I figured they installed everything so they would know how it worked. Man was that a mistake. They charged me three times what Columbus Worthington air charged, were rude, and didn t fix the problem. I also had to wait 10 days for them to come out.
So I called Columbus Worthington Air and asked for help. They came the next day at 8 am and did a full service on my multi zone system. I did have a subsequent issue and they came back out at no charge to fix that too because it was a call back within 30 days. They explained how everything worked and were just a pleasure to talk to. Kudos to both Kurt and Ivan for being on time, pleasant, and informative. I am an absolute customer for life.
