Ann at KRG reached out to me a few months ago regarding a legal secretary position in Rochester. I wasn't actively trying to leave my other job, but I was interested in getting back in my field after being laid off during the pandemic. I originally was unresponsive after I was sent the incorrect testing info, but Ann reached out to me once again to let me know the employer was still very interested in interviewing me. I filled out the correct tests and proofed the resume she made for me and had a successful interview a week later. I am now happily employed at my firm and have been for the past few months. Ann was very personable and transparent about everything -- super easy to follow up with her via text and very supportive throughout the whole process.
