My husband Tim has multiple properties managed by Access. He was left scrambling a bit when his prior management company shut its doors. But Access has come through in a big way, thank you Eddie! We had to invest quite a bit of money last year to comply with Grand Rapids rental certifications, yet Eddie and team were able to get the certifications for multiple years instead of a simple one or two year cert. He also showed a willingness to communicate in a manner Tim needed, which is a huge plus since we are not in the GR area and cannot physically see the properties nor the 'good/better/best' options available to us. But through a solid website, emails, texts, and phone calls things are really going well with Access. Thanks guys!
