They are a horrible service. My mom is in a rehab center and needed to be transferred to a hospital, they would not transfer her to the hospital we needed her to go to because they claimed that it was too far. However, they transferred her to a lesser hospital (she needed acute care, not regular care) that was 15 minutes further than the hospital we wanted. They endangered my 83 year old mother s life. NEVER let a love on use this service.
