Negative one star would be better. I didn't realize this company operated like the other horrible gyms that will not let you out of a contract. It's supposed to be coming through Cigna Health. This company is so frustrating they remind me of one of America's other horrible corporations and I won't mention names.

I joined on November 1 and have been calling weekly to get my membership plan to activate at my member gym. The customer service rep is unable to do anything about it and keeps saying she will send the info to IT or the manager but over and over they are unable to return my calls or fix the problem. I would not waster your money on Active and Fit. I just called at 4:45 pm and the manager is already gone. That means she left at 2:45 pm Pacific Time. or before 4:45 pm Central Time, leaving her CS reps to manage the front lines with angry customers. I would like to guess that they listen to the CS calls and ding the poor reps when this badly run company causes customers to lose it.

Also, if you want to cancel, you have to write ....get this, write and mail, with an envelope and stamp, an actual letter to the company in San Diego. And then pray, they don't pretend they never got the letter. It's a PO box probably for good reason. I will submit a claim to better business bureau when I have time but I don't have a physical address.

Angry customer and tired of this type of business plan associated with fitness centers.
