25 years of Apple experience. I'm an Apple & Softbank fan who has been using the Ginza main store for six or seven years, after being introduced by Apple.

Book in advance and enter at 10 o'clock first, change model 2 units. It was past 18:00 when I was sent off! Everything is terrible.
After appealing to the questionnaire, there was only one answering machine after that for the person who named himself the store manager.

I regret to say that I will never use this store in the future.
