This museum offered some recognizable formats of exhibitions and some with a more odd character. One of the unexpected exhibitions which I nevertheless very much enjoyed was exposing how household utilities has changed through time not just in Groningen but also elsewhere in Europe (e.g. Milano, Munchen). Another exhibition was about history of Groningen more specifically, which some people may enjoy more if they like historical facts. A third and more odd exhibition was consisting of one particular music band's advertising posters. This was special and can probably be enjoyed by a specific group of people, even though I did not have any connection with it. Overall a likable museum, but do not enter if you are afraid of underwater scenarios as part of it is under the surface.
