This is one of the worst companies I have had to deal with. They are harassing me to pay extra money to close my account and then they claim that they will reimburse me after the account is closed. How does that make sense to anyone. Their technicians don't know how to configure their own modems. My I.T guy had to do it for them and they usually blame bell when our internet does not work even though the Bell technician has come 3 times and confirmed the issues are with Convergia.
