This hotel is centrally located and a really enjoyable place to base yourself when in Lisbon. The staff are excellent, very friendly and welcoming. The bus to the airport departs from Rossio Square across the road, the metro is minutes away and you can easily access all the main parts of the city from here. The hotel is located right by Rua Agusta the main pedestrian street in Lisbon and I loved being in the heart of everything. There is very little public space in the hotel so if this is something you prefer I would not stay here but for me it was not a problem Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. I also ate in their restaurant Bastardo and it was one of the best meals I had in Lisbon. Floors have different themes and I found the rooms very well appointed overall. As someone who works in the travel industry I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel. I booked direct and got a very good price, cheaper than any third party reseller.
