This was my first time in Atlanta my niece was having her wedding there I had no air conditioner for 3 days I called the front desk and maintenance came and cleaned the filters that didn't work I had the ac at 60* you would think it would be cold nope my niece had her wedding there and it was a disaster no ac the groom was sweating no electricity sockets to do her makeup in the sky room I then called customer relations was on hold for 10mins before the phone was disconnected I then called back and place on hold again to be told they will send an email to corporate well...I can do that and I'm a member since 2012 wow
