The place itself is a nice resort and they offer a Porto glass which is a nice touch. The rooms are big, clean and comfy. However, it is very noisy : there is music non stop playing (all day and night) coming from the pool area that you hear in your room. You also hear your neighbors (we had to change rooms because of a baby and the next day we heard our new neighbor snore). The location is okay - 15 mins walk to city center. The staff in the hotel reception is nice and friendly but the gym/spa staff is rude and disrespectful. Wouldn't come back.
