When one of our tuba players was physically unable to march in this year's SF Pride Parade, I contacted Cabrio Taxi Pedicabs through their website's contact form to inquire about their service. In less than 24 hours Mimosa Andre, COO, responded and ensured me that she would see to it that Cabrio Taxi Pedicabs would be there to help out. Mimosa personally came through for our band herself! On parade day, she arrived on time and peddled our tuba player and his tuba all the way down Market St. for the 2019 Pride Parade! Cabrio Taxi Pedicabs customer service is beyond 5 stars!
