I was considering changing from the University of Sheffield for Hallam due to the course seeming more interesting but after waiting 2 months for any kind of respinse after sending over 10 emails and speaking with 2 different people promising to respond and then finally getting responses such as: " I cant help you with that" or other unhelpful responses I decided this university was not for me. Anything and everything seemed impossible and not for just one peson but for about 5 different people that I spoke with. After my shocking experience I decided to sta with the university that answers my emails and supports me with information that I need.
Would not reccomend.
