Having moved from a small town where I trusted the same dealership for many years it was very hard for me to walk into a new place. Over the past two years now I have been working with Waconia Dodge. They instantly made me feel at home and gained my trust very quickly. I now only go to Waconia Dodge for all my vehicle needs. They have amazing customer service and go out of their way for their customers. They truly create a memorable experience. Every department: service, sales, financing, and reception are wonderful. I have now purchased two vehicles from them. The most recent one was after I experienced a total loss one of my vehicles. They were extremely helpful during this stressful time. My experience immediately turned into a stress free situation. Greg helped to find the perfect car for me quickly and I could not be happier. Ryan made sure financing matched my needs. I could not be happier with my experience at Waconia Dodge and I am grateful for the wonderful customer service I receive every time I am there. I would highly recommend them to others
