I took my Camry in to Toyota of GR for a routine oil change. As I was waiting an employee gave me an estimate to tighten a few loose bolts on the heat shield. The cost was going to be over $100. I refused service as it seems like price gouging. I would not recommend anyone getting service at Toyota of GR! Is there any recourse for this type of gouging?
