I am a 15 year seller and have a 100% customer sat rating. The new dashboard system that monitors sellers penalizes sellers actions that often cannot be controlled by the seller. It causes delayed payments from buyers for 21 days. They can reduce the total dollar amount and number of listings you can make and even limit your search rankings. I am experiencing all of these through no fault of my own even though my customers love me and rate their experience with doing business with them at 100%.
