How to say? We are disappointed, very. We bought a Herman Miller Aeron chair four months ago and rarely used it. Then we found one of the arms is defective and fell off. We contacted the store. The service asked for the photos and said they would contact the factory. After we had send the photos and receipts, we were asked to contact the vendor to their store by ourselves. We were planning to buy one more chair. Now we've changed our minds. We liked the decent look in the store, but we feel sorry for such irresponsible after sale service.
