Our lane broke down, but the manager paused our hour, gave us an extra five minutes over what we had lost, AND paused our hour again when our pizza came so we could have 20 minutes to dig in while it was hot.

Our 20 minute wait for a lane on a Saturday night 9pm primetime was closer to 3 minutes.

Excellent customer service all around. I just wish there was slightly less oil on the lanes :)
