Their accounting system is horrible! Last year they have raised the service fees, so I called and asked to lock in the rate for at lease one or two years. They agreed to give me another year of contractual rate via phone through the sales department. However, every time I got the bills, they kept increasing the fees. So I called 5-6 times last year, they all promised me the same thing that the rate would not change and will credit me the difference. It s been a year and I got fed up with calling them every bill cycle, so I asked to speak to someone who can Read and make the adjustments. The guy who was on the phone said: the business unit reviewed the case a year ago and decided not to offer the rate. I feel sorry that no one has made a call to tell you that! WHAT?! I have been promised all last year was not true and their customer service don t have a connection to their business unit???!!! Such a bad business practice!!!
