Trying to contract a policy: you call 902, a 1st o...

Trying to contract a policy: you call 902, a 1st operator takes you, asks you for your personal data, cannot attend to you, and passes you to a 2nd operator, asks you again for personal data, and passes you to a 3rd operator.
You get pissed off and open a claim for more than 15 minutes to see if you get tired, or the communication is cut off. Totally a management disaster.
