My original review was not a very pleasant one, I was upset by the volunteers' attitudes. I ended up speaking with an adoption supervisor Julie who listened to my story. I am so happy I spoke with her.

I have adopted two dogs from this shelter and adopting our puppy last year has changed my life something that would not have been possible without NEAS (and our fabulous adoptions coordinator Donna!!). I admire the staff's work and dedication, I will not let this past experience deter me from visiting again in the future. Thank you
