This hotel is pretty miserable.

This hotel is pretty miserable.
The stars he probably got somewhere around the 2000s, everything is old and full of rust everywhere (like a prison). Beds with bad mattresses, linen not to mention (a pillow like a rag).
Breakfast ok, receptionist very communicative and helpful.
There is also too much noise (windows that are not very noisy)
I'm sorry I had to stop by this hotel and I was so deeply disappointed and restless.
For 63E, however, more can be done!
