Nice showroom, lots of cars right there to look at...

Nice showroom, lots of cars right there to look at, but as soon as you talk to an employee, the good impression evaporates a little. I asked for spare parts and was looked at strangely. Generally, the clerk didn't really look like he was taking anything seriously. For how much the parts at BMW I would expect more pleasant service. More sympathy would be cool and if the employees were a little more relaxed and listened to you cleverly.
