The worse customer service experience I've had in years! 2 times, was called saying my ordered needed me to pay an extra shipping fee. The 1st time, I got an EMAIL more than a week after I ordered. Not a call! Lol. No, not funny. 2nd time after warehouse manager agreed to send it and then I got a call 4 days that I need to pay extra on shipping! The product hadn't even left the warehouse both times. Asked for a full return. Stunned...can a company be this messed up? I teach Communications for a college.
